  • Ted talk on options
  • Set Tim Limits for Yourself
  • 10 Minute Time Management: Set a timer or app on your computer and phone an force yourself to knock out as much of an activity within 10 minutes as possible.  Could be tidying up your room, working on your taxes, knocking out a report, or anything else that you’ve been putting off.  You’ll find that it’s easier to get started since you promised yourself only 10 minutes… and once you get started it is actually going to be kind of hard to want to stop at 10 minutes (unless your running perhaps).
  • Limit internet (Freedom App)
  • Set monetary limits / focus on essential resources and activities
  • Prevent Burnout
  • Create Focused Output and Energy – Prevent Mental Wandering
  • Keep in Mind 80/20 Principle – 80 percent of the output comes from 20 percent of the input in most activities, learn what that 20% input is.  In whatever business you are running (Websites, Selling on Amazon or eBay, phone Apps, etc.) what task is it that puts money in your bank account?  Keep the main thing in your business the main thing.  Keep the periphery activities in the periphery.
  • Strive to get “Deep Practice” in your critical business tasks.  This will eventually make the process second nature.  Realize that getting to this point takes consistency and time but you will get there if you keep working toward it.  Refuse to be inactive.
